Go here to download your Bio form (MS Word) and fill it out.
Once you complete the form, email it to Bette. It will then be made into a web page and put in the member protected area.
If you don't have MS Word, just let us know and we will find another way of getting your data on a page.
Right Click on the link below and use "save target as" to save the Word form to your computer. After you have completed the form email it to Bette.
